The technical services we provide are among others:
Technical support in labour measures: Technical and expert reports.
Analysis of productive, technical, organisational and economic causes justifying labour measures, such as individual or collective dismissals, processes of modification of conditions, or others
Equality plans. Salary audits. LGTBI Plan.
Drawing up and updating of equality plans with situation diagnosis. Preparation of salary audits and LGTBI Plan. Advice on negotiation, implementation and registration. Annual monitoring of the validity of the plans
Remuneration records (RR)
Preparation of the annual remuneration register report and assessment of the results.
It includes different tables with the averages and medians of salaries, grouped according to the applicable classification system and differentiated by gender.
Job evaluation (VPT)
Job evaluation through a proprietary tool with an analytical method of evaluation by points, applicable to all jobs in the organisation and configured for each company.
Labour forensic
Investigation and identification of employers and facts that constitute labour breaches. Preparation of forensic reports and, if necessary, subsequent defence in court. Periodic forensic audits.
Compliance (Whistleblower channel)
Systematic, independent and documented investigation of possible improper actions reported through the whistleblowing channel. Preparation of forensic reports.
Optimisation of organisational models
Organisational analysis in order to identify actions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Adaptation and dimensioning of the organisation to the resulting model.
Technical assistance: Accidents at work
Assistance in the investigation of accidents at work, both initial and post-accident, by means of audits of the occupational risk prevention system and the applicable regulations.
Preparation of technical expert reports and, if necessary, defence in court.

Cristina Miralles
Economista y consultora
achelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE. Cristina is a chartered economist and equality agent. She started her professional career at Grant Thornton in financial consulting and joined MCG Consulting in 2023.
She is specialised in organisational consultancy in the elaboration of equality plans, remuneration registers, organisational and labour efficiency projects and labour forensics, and is president and founder of Triq, an NGO that helps single mothers in Tangier, Morocco.
